This is the second update on Bruno, the emaciated pit bull who came in on the Vermont transport. We just heard from Mike, Bruno’s foster dad, and things are going a lot better. Mike reports that Bruno is feeling much better. He writes that “The Prednasone is helping the skin. Heartworm treatment is going well so far. He had some tapeworms show up today, which I just got medication for. His weight is around 142 now (up from about 138). His fur is getting thicker and shinier. And most of all, he's really alert, wants to be playful, does the cutest little antics with his front feet, and won't let me drive off without him.
